Simulation – Terms and Conditions

- Simulation is available only for pre-match Soccer/Football events. Live (in-play) events are not eligible.
- Only single bets can be played as Simulation bets. Multiple and system bets are not supported.
- The markets available for Simulation are: 1X2, Total, Handicap, Double Chance.
- The odds for a Simulation bet are the same as the odds displayed on the betslip at the time the Simulation is started.
- Simulation results are entirely virtual and have no bearing on the real match outcome. Results are generated by a probability-based outcome engine and are independent of the actual sporting event.
- The result shown on the betslip on completion of the Simulation determines whether the bet is a win or a loss.
- Simulation selections cannot be combined with real (standard) betslip selections on the same bet.
- Only one Simulation can be run per betslip. To run another Simulation, a new or modified betslip must be created.
- A maximum of 10 ‘Try Again’ simulation attempts are available for the same simulated selection.
- Cashout is not available for Simulation bets.
- Bonus funds and Freebets cannot be used to place Simulation bets.
- Multiple boosts and odds boosts do not apply to Simulation bets.
- If technical issues, maintenance, or connectivity problems occur during a Simulation, the result will remain unaffected and will be settled based on the outcome generated.
- Users must not attempt to manipulate odds, selections, or bet parameters before or during a Simulation.
- By placing a Simulation bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- In situations not covered by the rules described above, the General Rules of Sport and conditions shall apply.
